We are able to introduce one complete online solution for selling multi-purpose gift vouchers. Your staff will have access to an internal online gift voucher system, powered by SK Chase, which will enable them to process, print and track all gift voucher sales (via web, telephone and email) in a simple, efficient and cost effective way.

Sell gift vouchers via your own website

The gift voucher catalogue will also be linked to your web site so that you are able to sell gift vouchers online directly to your customers.

SK Chase takes care of the ordering and online payment, using a secure server, and the fulfilment of all paper gift-vouchers (if required), in partnership with Mail Marketing Scotland, an established response handling, fulfilment and direct marketing company.

Simple hyperlink from your website

SK Chase will provide you with a piece of html code for your gift voucher catalogue, which is simply embedded into your website (as a hyperlink), so that customers are able to access the gift vouchers catalogue (which will sit within a private and secure area of the SK Chase website). The gift voucher catalogue pages will branded with your logo.

Intermediary

SK Chase is simply processing the order and acting as an intermediary between you and the customer. The contract formed will be between you and the consumer, not SK Chase and the consumer. SK Chase's relationship and contract will be with you.

Unique ID reference

Each order will have its own unique ID reference, which will be sent to the customer and automatically entered into the gift voucher database for security purposes. You will set the monetary value of the gift voucher, which will be equivalent to an agreed experience.

How it works

Tracking: Our system enables you to track the status of each gift voucher processed so that you can quickly and easily identify the date that each gift voucher has it's status changed.
Reports: The SK Chase Gift Voucher Management System enables you to download a number of useful reports which will help you analyse your gift voucher sales.
