Management Reports
The SK Chase Gift Voucher Management System enables you to download a number of useful reports which will help you analyse your gift voucher sales.
Marketing & Financial Reports
These includes marketing reports which help you understand who purchased each voucher and whether they want to subscribe to receive future offers, as well as demonstrating which gift vouchers are the post popular; and financial reports detailing current liability of live vouchers and redemption reports.
Full Statement
Description:
This report provides a summary of all processed successful orders and refunds over the selected period. It also shows the total commission due (to SK Chase) and the total amount of money that will be paid to the Customer on the agreed payment date.
Features:
Features include a summary of all of the orders for the selected period, amount charged for each order (excluding delivery costs), commission %, commission value, payment due, offline delivery charges (being passed onto the customer), refunds and total due.
Sales Report
Description:
This report provides a summary of all gift vouchers sold over the selected period regardless of their current status.
Features:
Features include voucher name, category, purchase method, delivery method, voucher monetary value, face value, current status and staff name.
Buyers Report
Description:
This report provides a summary of all of the buyers' details along with whether they have selected to 'opt in' or not and how they heard about the company.
Features:
Features include buyers name, address, email address, opt in, source of business and order date.
Recipients Report
Description:
This report provides a summary of all of the recipients' details.
Features:
Features include recipients name, address and email address.
Deliveries Report
Description:
This report provides a link to the gift vouchers that have to be sent by post along with all of the relevant delivery details for despatch.
Features:
Features include the gift voucher link, name of recipient, delivery address and delivery method.
Redemption Report
Description:
This report provides a summary of all of the gift vouchers that have been updated to redeemed over the selected period and redeemed is their current status. Features include order id, voucher id, date redeemed and value.
Reserve Report
Description:
This report shows a summary of your gift voucher liability for the selected period, i.e. the gift vouchers that can still potentially be redeemed are the gift vouchers that have been sold less the gift vouchers that have been refunded, redeemed or expired.
Status Reports
As well as providing all of the above reports, the SK Chase Gift Voucher Managmenet System also enables you to download a report showing all vouchers of a certain 'status', for example all 'cancelled' vouchers.
