How it Works
SK Chase training sessions are done from the comfort of your own office via Webex.
What is Webex?
Webex combines realtime desktop sharing with phone conferencing, so everyone attending the training session sees the same thing while we talk. All you need to take part is a computer linked up to the internet and a phone line.
How do I log onto Webex when it's time for the training?
You will receive your Webex log-in details a week prior to the training via email. You'll need to follow the simple instructions on the email (click onto a link and enter your name and email address) then call a toll free UK number to speak to your trainer.
How to I install Webex on my PC if I have never used Webex before?
15 minutes prior to the training session start time, click onto the link at the top of your Webex invitation (which you will have been sent via email one week prior to training). Once you have clicked onto the link, Webex will ask you to enter your name and email address and then you can click onto the 'join' button. Webex will then install itself onto your PC. This normally takes 5 minutes, however, this may vary depending on your PC and internet connection. You will then be directed to the 'meeting centre' where you can see the chat room and the training welcome slides.
Some clients check in with the IT departments prior to the training to help them install Webex on their PC's in case they require extra support. Please contact SK Chase at least 1 week prior to the training if you are unsure about whether your PC can download Webex and we can send you a test link. Please make sure that you are connected to Webex at least 5 minutes before the training, so we can identify if anyone has any trouble joining the training.
Please also call in by using the telephone number provided in the Webex invitation to join the training via telephone.
How do I receive my link and log in details to my Demo Catalogue to use during the training?
The log in details to your demo catalogue will be sent to you in the e-mail that you receive a week prior to the training along with the Webex link and call in details. The details will look like following: (please do not use these details, they are just a sample)

(please note the password and username is case sensitive)
The demo site is an exact replica of your live site and will be updated every night i.e. whatever is on your live site will be copied over each night. Therefore any test purchases you've made the previous day on your demo site, will not be saved on the demo site and don't affect your live site. You will be able to see all your live purchases on your demo site so you can pull reports and edit live purchases on the demo site without applying those changes on the live site.
Who can I contact if I have more questions related to the training?
Please send an email to email@example.com and we will get back to you with your question(s)! Please send any questions 48 hours prior to the training in order to ensure you receive all answers before your training date. For any urgent questions 48 hours prior to the training, please contact our office anytime between Mo-Fri from 9am to 5pm at 0844 371 0071 and we will answer your question over the phone!
Can I ask questions during the training?
The trainer will allow time for questions at the end of the training session. Please make a note of your questions during the training and the trainer will check in with each of you at the end of the training session. Should you have any urgent questions during the training, please click on the hand symbol in Webex and raise your hand. The trainer will then check in on your questions after the demonstration you've been working on.
The trainer will ask all attendees to mute themselves at the beginning of the training session once we introduced everyone to each other; please make sure to unmute yourself by pressing *6 when asking a question. Once the trainer has answered your question, please press *6 again to mute yourself.
Will I receive training documents after the training?
The training documents can be accessed via the 'help' tab within your hotel's gift voucher application. Click on log in and go to the 'help' tab in the menu and download the training documents from the relevant training module.
Will there be breaks during the training?
There will be no breaks during our Webex training sessions. Please make sure to have a notepad, pen and any refreshments ready before the training starts!
How can I contact the Service Support Team if I have any queries?
The best way to contact us is via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to you within 2 hours. Should your e-mail arrive after 3.30pm, please expect our reply by the next working day in the morning. In case of urgent queries where you have the buyer in front of you and need to provide an immediate answer, please call our office at 0844 371 0071.
How do I receive my own log-in after the training session?
Please fill out the log-in sheet with the names and user rights of the people requiring log-ins and send it to email@example.com. We will send the form back to you once we have set up your log-ins.
